The cancer

Another way this restaurant intends to help their employees and their community is the “Strike Through Cancer” campaign. Now through 2014 for every bottle of water sold, Jason’s Deli will donate ten cents to aid in fight against cancer.

They have seen too many families, including their own within the deli, negatively impacted by this disease. They believe that the time has come for them to do something about it. This past month, they partnered with The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, the leading Cancer Research facility in the world, to try and eliminate mortality rates for eight types of Cancer by 2024.

Jason’s Deli prides itself on friendly service and fresh food made with premium, more natural ingredients. It was the first major restaurant concept to ban artificial trans fats in the U.S. and also the first to eliminate high fructose corn syrup. This way guests experience flavor, freshness and nutrient filled goodness.
