TEXARKANA, Ark. – Miller County 4-H will be hosting an information night on Thursday, September 26 at the Texarkana Public Library for families interested in learning more about joining 4-H. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. and is open to the public.
Miller County 4-H is a youth development program of the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service. Membership is free and open to youth ages 5-19. 4-H focuses on hands-on learning through project work in areas ranging from STEM, citizenship, leadership and agriculture. Members may compete in various contests throughout the year, including robotics competitions, public speaking and skillathons.
