Tonight at 2:00 a.m. most of America will turn back their clocks by one hour. While some states have opted out of the age old tradition, others like Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma still participate in the process. Most internet based clocks, such as cell phones, I pads, computers, Google and Alexa devices will automatically adjust. the exception to the rule for internet based devices is set in the control function. Because some states do not participate in the “Spring Forward” and “Fall Back” tradition, there is options to set the device to ignore the time change. Almost all have a default setting to follow the process. Manual clocks not connected to the Internet will need to be adjusted.
