On Tuesday, Rep. John Ratcliffe led 23 members of Congress in introducing legislation to block EPA regulations that would drive up energy costs for American families.
The EPA has made a major mess of the Animas River in Colorado and beyond, and now, some analysts are suggesting it may have even been a deliberate plot.
