The EPA has made a major mess of the Animas River in Colorado and beyond, and now, some analysts are suggesting it may have even been a deliberate plot.
“This extension is critical to ensure that state regulatory agencies and other stakeholders have adequate time to fully analyze and comment on the proposal.”

In response to the Administration’s announcement regarding the EPA’s new rule to regulate carbon dioxide emissions from existing power plants, Rep. Ralph Hall made the following statement.

In the 1980s, a broad coalition of the major enviro-actvist groups targeted cattle ranching for extinction, by simply driving them out of business with costly fees and regulations.
“When justifying a job-killing regulation, EPA argues exposure to particulate matter is deadly, but when they are conducting experiments, they say human exposure studies are not harmful.”
